Why can't I log in to my account?

If you are unable to access your Industrial Discount account, you may find yourself in one of these situation:

Unsuccessful registration or incorrect email address : check that you have received the email with the activation link. If you have not received it, send an email to info@industrialdiscount.com indicating the email address you used to register.

Incorrect password: To set a new password click on "login", then on "forgot password" and follow the instructions to set a new password that we will send you via email.
- Banned profile : If you have been banned due to unresolved issues, send a request to info@industrialdiscount.com to ask for the reinstatement of your account.
