 • Do not allow you to view the goods before purchase.

 • Contact you privately to propose deals or exclusive sales.

 • Sell directly without going through online auctions.

 • Ask you to hurry up.

 • Claim to sell in pre-auction asking for money advances. We only ask for the deposit payment through the portal as an advance.

 • We do not contact you via Facebook Marketplace, Autoscout24, Subito.it, or WhatsApp to sell goods without verified company references.

What to do if you have been scammed
 

If you have made a payment to a fake seller, follow these steps:

• Block the payment if possible (contact your bank or credit card provider immediately).

 

• Gather all evidence: emails, payment receipts, screenshots of conversations.

 

• Report the incident to the authorities: you can contact the Postal Police or the Carabinieri.

 

• Report the fake site or profile to platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.
