Once you've logged into the portal, you will find the “ISPEZIONA IL BENE”/ “PRENOTA SOPRALLUOGO” button in the lot page, located in the right sidebar box next to the photogallery.
Click on the button to send your request: you'll be contacted directly by the auction representative to view the item you are interested in.

Remember to specify the auction code and lot number in the request email.
